How long do I have to return an item?
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
What condition does my item need to be in for a return?
Your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging

Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover return shipping only for defective or incorrect items.
Can I exchange an item directly?
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:
- Return your current item following our return process
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at hellothemoonartstudio@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

No, we cover all return shipping costs for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
What items are non-returnable?
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
I have a custom order - can I return it?
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us at hellothemoonartstudio@gmail.com if you have concerns about a custom order.

Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method (the same card or account you used to purchase).
How long does it take to see my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately on our end. However, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
